Tameside's Extraordinary Women

in 2018 my friend Kate Booth and I decided to publish a pamphlet on any extraordinary women who had lived or were born in Tameside, in time for the centenary of when some women got the vote. We thought we would find about ten women but in the end there are 80 included in our book. We orginally had 1000 copies printed, but they are now all sold, so here is a FREE digital copy. Since we compiled this book we have become aware of others who should have been included. We hope to add a suplement here in due course.
